中外公共自行车系统经营模式比较研究——基于新制度经济学视角

摘要:

“十二五”期间,我国将面临更艰巨的节能减排的任务。“公共自行车系统”的建设,适应了当前低碳经济发展的需要,在杭州等城市得到了快速发展,收到了良好的社会经济效益。文章概述了国内外典型的城市公共自行车系统建设及运营概况,从新制度经济学的视角将公共自行车系统运营模式分为三类,对比分析了各类模式的优缺点。最后对公共自行车系统的运作提出了建议。



Abstract:

Energy conservation is a great challenge facing the government during the Twelfth “Five-Year Plan “. Setting up the “Public bicycle system“ follows the trends of lowcarbon living, therefore, are developed quickly in the cities such as Hangzhou. In this article, various kinds of public bicycle systems worldwide are divided into three categories according to commercial operation mode. Advantages and disadvantages of these models are comparative analyzed. Finally, some thoughts and conclusions are given.
