摘要：

本文对当今热门的情景规划方法进行了概述。介绍了情景规划产生的背景，解释了什么是情景规划，阐述了情景规划的组成部分，并重点剖析了城市发展与情景规划的联系。

Abstract：

This text makes a brief introduction to the method and background of scenario planning nowadays. The author explains what is the scenario planning, the component of scenario planning, and analyzes the relation between urban development and scenario planning.
