关于中国高速铁路可达性的研究:以长三角为例

摘要:

本文是关于长三角高速铁路可达性的比较研究。文章共包含四个主要部分。第一部分是对高铁在国内外发展情况以及研究背景的概述。第二在总结国内外相关理论的基础上,提出了研究中国高铁可达性的基本方法。第三部分是对长三角城市在高铁网络中的外部可达性以及高铁站在城市内部可达性的比较分析。最后一部分是研究结论综述以及相关建议的提出。研究发现,高铁可以显著改善城市的外部可达性环境,但这种改善的地区分布并不均匀。大城市和小城市的获益要明显高于中等城市。外部可达性的提升使得高铁站的城市内部可达性变得更加重要。数据显示,相比于常规铁路, 高铁出行的总行程中更多的时间被消耗在铁路系统之外,即城市交通中。此外,高铁站的区位选择对其城市内部可达性有着巨大的影响,而这种影响在不同交通模式之间的分配同样存在差异性,相比而言,公共交通更易受到车站区位影响。 

Abstract:

This paper presents a comparative study on the accessibility study of the High-Speed Rail (HSR) in China using Yangtze River Delta (YRD) as a case study. There are four major parts in this paper. The first part summarizes the development trend of HSR in both overseas and China forming the background of this study. Based on the literature review the second part proposes the research methods for the accessibility study of China’s HSR. The third part is the comparative study on the external accessibility of various YRD cities in the regional HSR network as well as the internal accessibility of the HSR station within the cities. The last part is a summary of the study findings and relevant recommendations. The study shows that the HSR has significantly improved the external accessibility of cities but such improvement is not evenly distributed among various cities. Big cities and small cities have benefited more from HSR than those medium-sized cities. The improvement of the external accessibility has made the internal accessibility of HSR stations within the cities more important. The data shows that compared to the conventional rail more time would be spent outside the rail system i.e. within urban transport system during the complete journey travel by HSR. In addition it is found that the location choices of HSR stations do have great impacts on their internal accessibility within the cities which are varied among different transport modes. In comparison passengers transferring from the public transport to HSR are much more affected.
