摘要：

2007 年颁布的《城乡规划法》提出了对我国部分城市规划进行评估的要求，各地已陆续开展了各种形式的规划评估工作。鉴于现实需求，本文以西方成熟的规划评估体系为背景， 详细讨论了现代规划评估的起源、理论、主要内容、方法的演变过程，并介绍了西方规划评估的最新进展。在借鉴国际经验的基础上，对建立我国城乡规划评估体系的若干问题做了简要讨论。

Abstract：

Planning evaluation was firstly introduced by ‘Urban & Rural Planning law of the P.R.China’ in 2007, after which a variety of experiments of planning evaluations now are under process in many cities. Concerned by the present interesting, this paper aims to present a clear image of the origin, conception, content, evolution of solutions and new trends in western planning aspect. In these sense, this paper briefly analyzes the main problems of Chinese domestic evaluation system compared with international experience.
