摘要：

荷兰不仅在当代建筑创作领域中走在世界前列，在城市更新特别是工业遗产保护与再利用方面也有相当丰富的经验。近年来，荷兰在实现城市更新的过程中涌现出诸多充满创造力的工业遗产再利用项目。本文介绍了荷兰工业遗产的基本内容及其保护与再利用的整体情况，分析并提炼了其工业遗产保护与再利用的若干思路和经验，以期为我国工业遗产保护和城市复兴提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract：

Not only does the Netherlands play a leading role in the modern architecture design, but also gain a wealthy practice and experience of reusing the old industrial buildings actually. A number of successful projects have been carried out in the Netherlands nowadays. The paper intends to introduce the overall situation of the industrial buildings reuse and conservation in the Netherlands, which aiming at analyzing and refining the ideas of its experience.
