摘要：

营建能够支撑“创造性的生活”的空间是践行以“人”为核心的城市高质量发展的关键领域，而老城是其最佳土壤。本文由反思入手，针对“泛地域符号”化的模式趋同问题，总结出“三个本末倒置”——生活与生存、未来与历史、文化与经济本末倒置的内因；进而提出正本清源的解决之道：建立“地域生活美学”理念，并基于此探索人本时代老城更新的规划模式。最后本文以绍兴柯桥实践为例，具体阐释地域生活美学空间规划的“六化”方法框架。地域生活美学体系为老城更新的理论完善和实践经验总结提供了有益的借鉴价值。

Abstract：

Building the creative life space is the key area to practice the urban high quality development with people as the core, the old town is its best soil. Aimed at the problem of pattern convergence of panterrestrial symbolization, this paper starts from reflection and sums up the internal causes of three confusion causes and effects, which are life and survival、future and history、culture and economy, then puts forward the solution way to construct the idea of local lived aesthetics, basic of which could explore the planning mode of old town renewal in this human age. At last, taking Keqiao practice in Shaoxing as an example, this paper gives the specific interpretation of the “six modernizations” method framework of spatial planning of local lived aesthetics. The local lived aesthetics system could provide useful reference value for the theoretical improvement and practical experience of old town renewal.
