摘要：

传统的保护区与城市分离的“二分式”方法已无法阻止遗产环境文脉的割裂与丧失，也无法保护更广阔城乡区域的历史价值。“城市历史景观”的提出开拓了利用景观方法保护城市遗产的视野，英国的历史景观特征评估方法逐渐进入遗产领域并成为遗产保护和规划研究的重要工具，且在郡区尺度、城区尺度与场地（保护区）尺度得到了广泛应用。以历史景观特征为核心概念的景观方法开始引领历史保护研究的工具转变，建立保护区与广域的城市历史景观的链接，为我国在空间规划体系变革中于 更大国土空间尺度上促进历史文化保护提供了思路。

Abstract：

The traditional “two-component” approach to the separation of protected areas and cities is impossible to prevent the fragmentation of the heritage environment and to protect the broader urban historical environment. The proposal of Historic Urban Landscape broadened the vision of protecting urban heritage by landscape method. The method of Historic Landscape Characterisation from the UK is gradually entering the realm of heritage and becoming an essential tool for historic conservation and planning research. And it has been widely used in county scale, city scale and site scale (conservation areas). The landscape approach with Historic Landscape Characterisation as the core concept has led to an approach shift in historical conservation research, and established the link between conservation areas and wide Historic Urban Landscape. It provides some thoughts on how to promote the protection and utilization of history and culture on a larger scale in the process of space planning system reform.
